Lingo Tales LLC ("Lingo Tales," "we," "our," or "us") provides its websites, services, and related applications (collectively, the "Service") to you subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Lingo Tales leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to create personalized, leveled reading material based on user-submitted prompts. Our Service includes the creation of customized educational stories, optional audiobooks, and associated educational content.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically. You must not:Upload harmful, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content;Engage in activities that violate third-party rights or applicable laws;Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Registration
When registering, you agree to:Provide accurate and complete information;Maintain and promptly update registration details;Safeguard your password and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

User-Generated Content
By submitting prompts, reviews, feedback, or any materials ("Content"), you grant Lingo Tales a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.You represent and warrant that:You own or have sufficient rights to all Content you submit;Your Content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including AI-generated stories, audiobooks, educational content, software, graphics, and design elements ("Service Content") are owned exclusively by Lingo Tales. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service Content without our explicit consent.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, whose terms of service and privacy policies apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lingo Tales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Service. Lingo Tales’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

Termination
Lingo Tales reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by following instructions provided through the Service. Sections on indemnification, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted individually; class arbitration and class actions are expressly waived.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lingo Tales regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
